Dinner w/ Chef Aaron Holt (Table of Four)

Join us on Sunday, January 31 for our first private dinner event with Chef Aaron Holt at The Drift. Named the Iowa Restaurant Association’s 2018 Chef of the Year, Aaron has years of experience in the kitchen, most recently at RoCA as executive chef. Aaron runs Doolittle Farm, an organic farm growing seasonal fruits, vegetables, micro greens, and edible flowers in Story City, Iowa, and hopes to one day host dinners in his own 1905 farmhouse.

MENU

Starter: artisan cheeses / cured meat plate

Second Course: blue crab and butternut squash bisque / crispy la Quercia pancetta / creme fraiche

Third Course: bacon wrapped pork medallion / lobster and sweet corn risotto / apple cider reduction

Main: peppercorn encrusted beef tenderloin / gulf shrimp / julienned veggies / herbed potatoes / au poivre sauce

Dessert: vanilla bean creme brûlée / luxardo cherries

SPECIAL NOTE

Due to COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our guests and hosts. Following CDC guidelines, we have limited the number of guests to four per table, and tables and booths are spaced according to CDC guidelines. All workers will be wearing masks and we require our guests wear masks when not seated at their table. We will have a hand sanitizing station set up for your convenience.
